“As reported Finbold, the non-profit educational organization Empower Oversight is leading investigations against the regulatory agency after you have submitted a request for access to communication between SEC officials, including your current and former employees.
The organization submitted the request through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). It also intends to review communication surrounding the lawsuit between SEC officials and the defendants.”
