Empower Oversight filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA – pdf) request with the Department of Justice (DOJ) for information regarding the Democratic Chief Counsel for Oversight of the House Judiciary Committee, Christina Calce. The group is requesting documents from the DOJ about her service within the DOJ before joining the committee.
