Washingtonian has honored Empower Oversight Founder and Chair, Jason Foster, as one of its 500 Most Influential People of 2026. Foster was recognized in the Good Government category, “Whether fighting for democracy or federal-employee benefits, these people care deeply about having our public system work effectively.”
Upon revealing the list, the Washingtonian President and CEO wrote, “Each year, we publish a special issue featuring the 500 most influential people in Washington.
